WATER GARDEN REFUND POLICY
Treatments Retail and Products
Products in good condition, still in their original packaging and with the original receipt will be refunded within 30 days from purchase. Refunds will be issued by the same payment method as the purchase.
Any opened retail products will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours before your appointment, or your session will be charged at full value.
Discounted items are not refundable.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not refundable, nor transferable to another person and can only be redeemed for products or services.
Pre-Registered Courses, Workshops and Events.
When you register for a course or workshop payment is due within 48hours to secure your place. Once we have received payment cancellation withrefund or exchange may be made 48 hours prior to the course or workshop, with a deduction of 20 percent to cover administration costs.
Within 48 hours no refund or exchange will be given.
Refunds, credit and exchanges are not given for any missed sessions within multiple session courses or workshops. We are not responsible for any missed classes.
Class Passes and Unlimited Movement Passes
Class and Unlimited Movement Passes cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged or transferred between people. Class passes expire six months from date of purchase.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors.
