Do You Know Your Body-Type? is an introduction to the healing science of India - Ayurveda or the "Knowledge of LIfe". In this class that is offered in a lecture format, you will discover how to balance your unique body-type through dietary and lifestyle changes. It will revolutionize the way you look at your health, food and the choices you make. No previous experience with yoga or ayurveda is required.
Meditation is the ancient method of quieting the mind to relieve stress, anxiety and to awaken one’s inner teacher. In this series of classes you will learn many different techniques to tap into your own innate guidance and intelligence. Come and explore your inner world in a relaxed and safe environment.
Reformed Body
This dynamic total body conditioning class moves and flows to increase strength, flexibility, and mind–body connection. Employing light hand weights and other small equipment to both shape and elongate all of your major muscle groups. Using the latest principles of reformer, pilates, dance preparation, bender ball, yoga and more, this inventive program is the perfect cross-training approach for individuals that require functional flexibility and strength in their training program.
Medium level – for all abilities looking for a deeper experience. Kick your week into high gear with this fun movement class, which combines the fundamentals of fitness and flare of dance. Wear loose-fitting clothing and soft-soled indoor shoes that easily pivot on the floor. Please bring a water bottle, a towel, a load full of energy and come prepared to sweat. All fitness levels - no dance experience required.
Zumba Toning
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, to enhance rhythm and tone their entire target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
