Health Hub runs The Water Garden Spa & Wellness Retreat and its sister business, Prairie Bistro, also at the Enjoy Centre.
Health Hub was set up to promote health, happiness and wellness on all levels.
It all started when one of our CEOs, Mei-Chi Chan and her husband William Tucker, wanted a cup of tea after a hot summer’s day of plant-shopping at Hole’s Greenhouse, five years ago. No cafe? Shocking. In England, from where they’d just emigrated, greenhouses and teahouses go together.
Mei-Chi and William had come to Alberta with the dream of starting an organic café alongside a Tai Chi school. Now, why not do it at Hole’s? They sought out Bill Hole, and laid out their plan.
By chance…or maybe not…the family were in the process of re-inventing Hole’s Greenhouses with a new vision. Since that first meeting, the Health Hub team have worked closely with the Holes to build the Enjoy Centre as it is today, an iconic destination for entertainment, relaxation and retail.
Health Hub is an Alberta-owned company guided by a strongly held Vision and set of Values we believe in and embody. If we fall short in any way, please let us know.
